Need For Speed Undercover Review

Need for speed is one of the most popular gaming series up to date. I have played all the previous parts of Need for speed series including Most Wanted, Hot Pursuit, Underground and Underground 2 etc. Though, Need for Speed series offered great gameplay in its previous titles but during the last couple of years, this series has lost its value due to repetitive gameplay style. They tried to add new features in Need for Speed: Pro Street and Need for Speed Undercover but it didn’t work very well. Though the framework for a strong game was present, but it seems that EA didn’t put enough effort to lead the game in the right direction.

Need for Speed Undercover enables you to take the role of a skilled driver who works a lady police inspector who is after a smuggling operation that is going to take place in the Bay City. Cut scenes will tell you the whole story as you will move further in the game. Undercover features a massive openworld environment. It consists of three cities that are linked together by highway system. Types of races include circuit, sprint, drift and drag. Overall, NFS offers a fair gameplay but it is not worth the money. I will give it 5 out of 10.
